Penn Valley Church is governed by an elected Board of Elders and a Lead Pastor who meet the qualifications found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. The Elders and the Lead Pastor are responsible for ensuring that the needs of the church and its congregation are being met, upholding sound doctrine, and edifying the church body. Penn Valley Church also
